Infolinks code can’t find. Popups hell

I applied to infolinks. I installed their plugin. They denied me. I deleted the plugin. Now there is a hidden code that does that whole lock your computer, call give money or else scam! It happens when you have adblock paused and click any link to go to an article. I have searched high and low. I uninstalled the theme, changed themes, etc. It’s always there. I cannot find this code. They are doing this illegally. Can anyone help!
