Informations about features

Dear WordPress users,
i need to set up a small online signup website for a non profit organization were i volunteer.
I have been using wp for some time so i’d appreciate if i could avoid studying a brand new platform.

Would it be possible to implement these features with WP?
– source user information (entered on signup) and insert into a template to be printed (ex. signup form that has to be signed pre-compiled with info from the online registration)
– if possible, automate this task, first time and when user update their info
