Infowindow Message for Posts Shortcode

    Hello,

    I want to use a shortcode inside the “Infowindow Message for Posts”, or to be able to connect this part to a .php file (because I need to use a pop-up with elementor design inside etc…). Is it possible in anyway ?

    Hi @uwaika,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.

    Shortcodes are not supported in Info Windows due to how these function and are built. Essentially, Info Windows don’t exist until opened which then sends a JavaScript request to fetch the data to display in the window.

    As most plugins look for a shortcode on page load, this means that these shortcodes won’t exist when that plugin looks for the shortcode on the page load.
