I want to insert an email form and link it to Infusionsoft. I need to insert the code into the site. I’ve tried:
    1. To insert it into a text widgit on the right side
    2. In the ‘visual’ box
    3. In the ‘text’ box
All unsuccessful. The actual code is visible.
    Please advise. Thanks

  • Are you using the javascript snippet code or one of the html codes? I suspect you’re using the javascript snippet. If that’s the case, I use the plugin “Insert HTML Snippet” and it usually works with that.

If you need more help, feel free to pm me on facebook at samantha.alford.33 and I can run you through it.

I have tried both java and html to insert code. I will try the plugin. However my blog is on wordpress.com and the theme doesn’t have plugin option! Please advise. Thanks. Soli

@solilazarus, if your site is on WordPress.com, then you are not going to be able to add plugins there. I would suggest posting in the WordPress.com Support Forum and they can give you some possible suggestions.

These forums are for those having self-hosted WordPress sites and the options here are different from those at WordPress.com.

SoliLazarus – as sacredpath mentioned, it’s not possible to embed forms at WordPress.com. If Infusionsoft provides a standalone page with the form on it, then you could link to that page from a widget, but you won’t be able to add the form itself.
