    After review the plugin I am not seeing this kind of problem. Would you give me more information?

    Hi, it doesn’t disable them initially, but if a customer enters a disadvantaged area and then re-enters a standard area, the plugin doesn’t reset the options, but retains the conditional zip codes and locations. So it warns that there are no transportation methods, thus not resetting the standard methods.
