Initial filter

    Hello,
    I have two categories A and B.
    So my filter is: see all, A, B.
    I would like to initially set the portfolio in order to only show category A, so that the user who wants to see category B has to click on B or on “see all” in the filter.
    Is it possible with the free version?
    Or with the pro version?

    Hey.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible in block options to set the default filter selected (with Pro it is also not possible).

    The only way – is to change the URL manually. For example, this URL will be used to select a filter with category slug “easy” – https://visualportfolio.co/posts/?vp_filter=category%3Aeasy

    Hello nK,

    I tried your proposal with a clean new WP installation. Only installed the portfolio plugin. But it doesnt work. The result of the page is: “No items were found matching your selection.”

    Any idea?
