Initial Rendering Issue

Please see this screenshot via the below link. I’m at a loss to try to figure out why initial page rendering is like this, only with your plugin enabled for WP. I’ve tried so many variations for a long time now and would appreciate help from you. Pagespeed results are flaky, green or orange or red at times so it’s odd. Also, enabling Pagespeed “active, on” options via your WHM plugin > web admin console caused serious layout issues across multiple domains on the same server. Weird, so deactivated that feature. I have tried many variations and cleared both browser cache & LS plugin cache per re-try, too.
