Initial Setup Configuration

    Hi,

    I recently created the website and registered with TCG.My website will only deliver in South Africa and is located in Cape Town area.I installed the plugin and configured my account credentials. Saved it, then went on configuring the rest.

    My problem is three fold.

    Delivery addresses does not seem to be recognised as the checkout still ask me to enter address details after I have already done so.

    Insurance selection does not seem to work.

    I have a strange windows selection asking for “Cape Town Streets, Cape Town Depot, or Cape Town Boxes” when checking out and I have no idea where this comes from.

    I am running WordPress 5.6, PHP version 7.4.13, WooCommerce Database Version 4.8, TCG Plugin version 4.3.3.

    I guess I have somewhere something not configured correctly but have no idea where to start looking for the problem. I hope someone can assist as I am at the end of trying different combinations of configurations trying to get it to work.
