  • Similar as of this lunchtime (was working fine) – following post. May be a server issue but following post in case it is a wider issue as plugin recently updated

    I found a similar issue that might be related to the application forms: I’m having a similar issue as well, except with the “Apply Now” button. Usually when you click the button, a job modal form pops up, but it just randomly stopped working today (nothing happens when you click apply now).

    The issue could be related, and I’m not sure if the latest release has addressed these issues.

    On my site it is now working. However I don’t get an email notification at the moment.

    We jsut tested this on your site and it seems functionaning as expected. form submits withut any issues…

    Hi, Our page is https://www.ukyouth.org/job/programmes-coordinator/ and testing I still seemed to have the same issues this morning.
    I had tired in Chrome, Edge and using incognito mode.

    We just tried submiting a form on your site and do see server responds with “Server 500 error”.
    Unfortunetly not possible to see any further from here.
    But maybe you could check server log file for some details of what caused the error?

    @annemarie86 @blueglassinteractive we resolved the issue. since we use AWS SES for sending emails, is not allowed to use any other sender emails than from our own domain (@root360.de). However right now the plugin tries to send the notification email with the email, which the applicant filled in (could be a non existing or fake email even). when we change the sender email to <something>@root360.de everything works. IMHO the behavior is not unusual. Suggestions: what about a configuration setting where one can choose to use a custom sender email for all outgoing emails?
