Inline Campaign Not loading

I don’t know what I am doing wrong but i am trying to insert an inline campaign and it is not working. It just says loading campaign for hours.

The page I am trying to load it on has not been published yet so i don know if that affects anything. But I drag the optinmonster widget to the page then select campaign. After that it just says loading campaign.

I have tried copying and embedding the code but it’s clear I do not know where to embed it.

Would love someone to help out with exactly how I can fix this because I have been searching for articles for days to figure it out
