Inline CSS… paste the above what?

    Hi guys!

    I am sorry for this question but I am completely new to building a website. I want to decrease the number of my CSS files, and in Autoptimize if I select inline and defer CSS, it says: “paste the block of “above the fold CSS” in the input field (text area) and you’re good to go!”. I just really don’t understand this whole sentence. What would I need to copy and paste and where?
    Sorry if this sounds silly, but thank you for any help!
