Inline Email Form

I’m trying to move the build-in email for to fit inline with text. Check out my current coming soon page at http://www.minilogbook.com. I’d like the email form to be directly to the right of the image, and directly below the last block of text.

Is this possible? I’ve been searching for an answer but haven’t found anything yet.
