Instead of the plugin popup, when adding to the wishlist (blue arrow), just a standard woocommerce message (green arrow). This message is taken from the cart, when removing a item.
Class “woocommerce-message”.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you with what you want us to do, us it requires several modifications in the plugin code, which do not fall within our support policy.
The only thing we can do if the popup annoys you is to offer to hide it via CSS but for this we would need to have access to the URL of your site to be able to correctly display the element identifier. If you want us to do it please send us the URL.
