Inline strings to translate ?

Hello, I appreciate a lot your plugin. I am using a plugin named Event Espresso for ticketing, and there is a theme that comes with it — it is called Iced Mocha, it is well tailored for the EE plugin. My specific inquiry is that there are some parts in the presentation page where I can imput text and html, but the text imput are not specifically posts or pages, so I cannot translate them. I am wondering if there is some inline code I can impout so that it shows both french and langage depending on the user’s browser language ?

In qTranslate I was using something like this :

Woud this still be available ? — I’m gona try anyway asap but if there’s variations, I’ll appreciate to know the proper way 🙂
