Input Field Displaying Incorrectly

I have the same issue as the gentleman below.

Sometimes the blank spot for the mathematical problem is in the wrong place. This only happens with comments on posts. Works fine with Contact form.

Example:
“2 – ____ = 6”

the blank box will show up at the end of the line and display like this:

“2 – = 6 ____”

p.s. I tried using the codes that were offered to repair the other persons same issue, to no avail.
