Input fields and send button missing

Hello guys,
with one of the recent updates the contact form on one of the websites I manage broke. Two input fields (name, email), the checkbox for consent and the send button itself are missing as long as I’m not using the page preview of WordPress. The interesting part is that they are not only missing on the UI but also not existing in the source code.

There are also no errors in the developer console (regardless if I’m using Chrome or Firefox).
I’ve tried disabling all plugins already and cleared the cache of my caching plugin multiple times.
Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

WordPress: 5.5.3
Contact Form 7: 5.3
PHP: 7.2.34 on Apache

Sorry, I forgot the link. It’s https://www.hautsuenden.de/ and you’ll have to select the menu item “Kontakt”. The contact form is (partially) visible on the bottom right side of the screen.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

The used theme is https://themeforest.net/item/tattoo-studio-responsive-wordpress-theme/5490599 and I’m utilizing the child theme.

I’ve already tried disabling all plugins except Contact Form 7 and still get the same result. Currently active are:

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Flamingo and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I contacted the theme author meanwhile. It was an issue of the theme somehow “blocking” Contact form 7 elements.
