Input radio not checking

    I have 4 radio inputs.
    [radio categoria-parceira label_first default:1 "Referral" "VAR (Value Added Reseller)" "BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)" "Resale" "Distributor"].
    Each one accepts when I clicked on label or on input itself. But the last one, its not working if i don’t click on the label. Can someone help me!
