Inquiry button not showing

Hi, I’m creating a custom single product page with elementor theme builder, and I’m trying to make the inquiry button appear on the page but it is not working. Inquiry is activated in the option of wcfm, the elementor “store inquiry button” does not appear on the page, and I also tried the shortcode [wcfm_inquiry] but it’s not showing either.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem ?

edit : The inquiry button is located under the add to cart button
