Hi,
I have installed travel log theme in my website. I’m using ssl cert provided by bluehost and website is hosted there. But my website doesn’t get padlock in browser as secured website but has a notification as mixed content. The reason of that is that before i put my content I downloaded and installed demo content. And now in Trip types- I have a code

it is http so I can’t get secure padlock in browser.

“An image with an insecure url of “http://wensolutions.com/travel-log-demo/wp-content/uploads/sites/14/2017/10/hiking-1385937_1920-1-2.jpg” was loaded on line: 1350 of https://www.etatravelandtours.com/trip-type/road-trip-packages/?view_mode=grid.
This URL will need to be updated to use a secure URL for your padlock to return”

May I ask where to find it to replace that background image or please advice if it is possible to customize from customize menu?
I was really trying to find it manually in css but couldn’t.
Your kind help will be much appreciated.

Hello @andreybkk,

We have inspected the website URL and analyzed the issue.

The issue seems to have caused when the demo content was imported on your website. As the demo importer imports, the image and contents from our demo servers the image URL are saved in your database custom header image.

To resolve the issue, please update your “Header Image” from your Admin Dashboard > Customize > Header Image with a new image and the URL will be replaced by your website’s image supporting SSL.

Hi, thank you for the reply.
I replaced the header Image now
Please have a look

but it looks like the problem not in a header image but in a background image where written “Trip Type: ROAD TRIP PACKAGES
Trip and packages for few days by road travel only”
How to replace that image?
I couldn’t find a way how to replace it.
Please advice.

Please update the banner image available in the theme options also to resolve the issue regarding demo image.

The banner Image settings can be found at :

Admin Dashboard > Customize ▸ Theme Options > Header Options > Banner Image
