We don’t have a known issue with it being blank. Do you possibly have a different WordPress setup with the wp-config.php file moved outside of WordPress?

Yes, TinyMCE editor, when mines pops up its blank, tried using different browsers still blank… im using WordPress v3.9.1. Theme Name: Quantez v1.0.0

Based on the information, it is currently impossible to say why that dialog would be blank. My best suggestion is to check the console in your browser for a possible 404, 403 or 500 error?

We replied to your ticket regarding this and stated the problem.
It is the ‘custom-login’ plugin that is generating a PHP fatal error so I posted a message here to notify them: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/php-fatal-error-36?replies=1
Deactivating that plugin or fixing it will make the problem go away
