the plugin supports insertion into RSS feeds:

It is up to the theme (or plugin for RSS feeds) when (at which position) the plugin will be called.

I am currently using the Newsletter theme and attempted to insert ads using the method described in this documentation: https://adinserter.pro/documentation/additional-block-settings#insertion. However, I’m encountering an issue where the ad is not appearing in the feed of larchmontloop.com/feed.
Many themes (or RSS plugins) remove JavaScript code from the feed. Try with simple text first.

No, the code is basically inserted as configured. The insertion depends on where the theme (or RSS plugin) calls (if it calls) the_content () WP hook:
