There are a couple of ways to accomplish this:
- You can modify your single.php or you page.php as mentioned here https://yoast.com/articles/wordpress-seo/#bread-crumbs
- You can add a plugin that allows php in your widjets and add php code as suggested here: https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/breadcrumbs/

Solved. Only that the blog is not shown. For example: I would like that is shown this way:
Home>Blog>Food>First Dishes
But it is shown this other way:
Home>Food>First Dishes
