I have the same issue with a freshly installed plugin, using WP 3.6.1.
However, on the Chrome javascript console, when I click on the “Add To Post” Button, the following error appears:
Uncaught ReferenceError: THEME_URI is not defined jquery.prettyPhoto.js:1

Just want to ask if this problem is ignored by NextGen? It hasn’t been mentioned at all in the version logs for a while now and it is still there in 2.0.23.

I’ve the same problem. Insert a Gallery photo into a post show a blanc window.
Reading the messages in this post regarding a plugin conflict i’ve deactivate one bij one my installed plugins. After deactivate the plugin “Replaces the default WordPress editor with CKEditor – Version: 4.0” it solved this problem. I think that most of the WordPress/Gallery users use CKEditor or simular replacement for the WP editor. Now I can insert a thumbnail into a post using the insert NG windows.

i got the NG plugin NG 2.0.31 and it fixed my insert issue, but i cannot see the additional options , page it loads blank
im getting this in the popup: Fatal error: Class ‘ngfbMessages’ not found in /home/content/03/8697003/html/domains/bransonpostcards/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-facebook/nextgen-facebook.php on line 410

Finally! 2.0.31 seems to have solved this sour problem. For some reason this is not mentioned in the update log though?!?
Version 2.0.31 Is where my problem started. I have another site running the previous build that works fine. I am still having the problem. I cannot post.

NextGen 2.0.40 and WP 3.8… The problem is back!
Though the menues in the popup window are visible this time, there is no functoionality anymore 🙁
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
@lensv – Did you ever submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) on this issue?
That may be your best course of action since this has been going on and off for quite some time.

I sent several reports when I first ran in to this problem, but I don’t have enough time to keep troubleshooting this plugin anymore. Maybe someone else have?

The bug people needs ftp access to the site, but my customer won’t let anyone in exernally.
