    Hi,

I clicked on the button to insert a caldera form, but the window shows up as empty. I have two forms and both of them are active, but can’t be inserted. Are there any plugins that are known to cause compatibility issues?

An additional question: Is it possible to find shortcodes of these forms so using the insert button would not be necessary? In my case that would be a bit easier because I use a visual composer.

In any case, thanks for creating this incredible plugin and making it freely available. It works very well on one of the other websites I’m working on.

    Kind regards

Update: deactivating all plugins fixed the issue. I’ll reactivate them one by one and I’ll let you know soon which plugin is the culprit.

Edit: It was WooCommerce Catalog Visibility Options.

Thanks for that. I’ll try see what the clash is an make a counter for a future update.

    Thanks for looking into it!

To go back to my other question: Is it possible to find the form’s shortcode without using the inserter?

I contacted WooThemes support and their next update of WooCommerce Catalog Visibility Options will fix the issue. It was a problem with both plugins sharing a class name.
