insert code only in category session you can

    Greetings
    I have used the plugin and I really liked it. I have put a code so that the site is updated every 10 minutes but I would like only the home page to be updated, the posts and the categories, but with the categories I have not succeeded.

    Where should I insert the code or how should I re-perform the procedure

    currently I use the code:
    <meta http-equiv = “refresh” content = “60”> in the Head and Footer section on ONLY ON THE HOME PAGE
    and in post
    BEFORE THE POST CONTENT

    and it works well for me but for the categories of the site I do not get it
