Insert Domain in Page Text

Hi guys I’m using the Audio Player plugin and it generates the following tags in the wysiwyg editor for a given page:

[audio:http://localhost:81/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Why-fade.mp3|titles:moo song]

I was just wondering is it possible to use some kind of tag in the wysiwyg editor so that the domain will remain current ie http://localhost:81 becomes http://www.productiondomain.com when i deploy?
