Insert equations does not work

    Version 4.9.9.
    All of sudden, Insert equations does not work for all pages.
    And some pages only show shortcode, but not the expected values. Bu some pages are file, even though Insert equations does not work. I have been using it for several months, now I got the problems.

    How to fix it?
