the theme does not have the sidebar footer.
how can I enter?
the traditional method seems not work…

what is the ‘traditional method’?

do you mean http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Widgetizing_Themes

are you working with a child theme?

for example, you could try learning from the code in Twenty Eleven or Twenty Fourteen …
