Insert form fields in a Dynamic 365 entity

Hello, this is my first time using “Dynamics 365 integration”. My question is: I have my own user registration form (created with another plugin) and I would like to take the information of some fields of that form and insert them in a Dynamics 365 entity (leads for example). Is it possible to do this with this plugin? Thank you.
