Insert HTML Snippet gone

First post since upgrade to 3.9 after having to redo home page and all widgets that were cleared.

Newest issues: I have created a new HTML Snippet in my XYZ Html but when in the new post the old insert icon is gone. Has it been moved and I’m just not seeing it? This is the 11th snippet I’ve created so I’m not new to it – something isn’t right.
