Insert Instagram feed code into category description | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hi,

I’m using Marla theme and it’s awesome. I just purchased an Instagram Feed Pro plugin, but I can’t figure out how to add the code to the Category display. I would like the specific hashtag instagram feed to show up next to the description when someone navigates there, so page would show the category description, the most recent entries in that category, and the instagram images as per the feed.

Please advise, thanks!

Thanks for your words.

I´m afraid I don´t understand what you need. I don´t know that plugin but I guess that have a nice support since you paid for it. Maybe it´s easier if you ask them.

If you don´t find the answer please provide me more information like your URL, URL of the plugin, etc.

What I’m trying to do is get the instagram code to work on the side of that page, like it does on the top of the about page

I see, you need to create a category page for that, copying the page from my theme and inserting the code.

You need some code and WP knowledge.

Ok, should I work from the archive.php, or page.php? I don’t see a category.php like the link you shared mentions.

You should take some of the archive.php in order to create a new category-thenameofyourcategory.php
