Insert into form/use with form?

    I have a party room I rent and am interested in this plugin.
    Is there a way I can insert it into a form?
    In addition to day/hour, I have several questions/contact/options I also need them to answer as well as pay a deposit via PayPal. I am using Forminator for the form if that matters, but I can change if needed.

    Yes, the plugin has a form builder area for adding new fields to the form.
