Insert link does not work in Visual Editor

    All it does is create a link below EasyRecipe. I can insert the link in the text editor using [url href=”….]text[/url]. Seems to have broken in the wordpress update to 4.2. Anyone have any ideas, I did put in a ticket but have not heard anything yet.
