is this happening with only one specific picture? in a specific post? or is a over website issue?

Hello… I both tried both with an old and a new posts. I was trying to make a new post to see if I got the same problem and I did.
I can still write the html codes in the html window and it stays there… or copy a html code from an old post and insert it in the html window.
The problem is that is doesn’t insert the codes when I say insert the codes.. it’s like they just disappear…

Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

so only the hard way… okay… thank you for your help… I will take it step by step… I am not so good with the resetting .. so I hope that is not the problem…
This started happening to me today, too. JUST STARTED after I updated the VSLIDER plug in. I deactivated the plug in and it works again, so it’s the plug in causing the issue.

that was the problem… the VSLIDER.. I deactivated it and the problem was gone… thx for your help both of you…
