I want to add a previously created form from the plugin “WPForms” into the slide that I created with “Smart Slider 3”.

I want to insert the form, [exampleform], that has the brackets into the homepage slide at the top, so that the text is on the left half of the slide, and the form is on the right side.

With the Text Layer, you can add the shortcodes.
But please note that, as we mention in our documentations:

we can not guarantee that they will look correct. And if there is a problem with the third-party shortcode, we can not provide any kind of support for it, you will need to fix the problem with custom codes.

As for the layout, you would like to achieve:
With Rows and Columns:

you can make the layers appear side by side. So you could add a row with two columns.
E.g. into the first column you could place the text, and into the second column, you could add the Text Layer with the shortcode.
