Insert Shortcode button don't trigger the pop-up box in Coursepress plugin

Hi,

I’m using Coursepress pro + Shortcode ultimate plugins in this site:

After the most recent Coursepress update, the “Insert shortcode” button that appeared above the text editor is no longer trigger the shortcode selection Pop-up box. Hence, its not possible to insert shortcode to a course element easily.
