Insert shortcode on a page (blank screen)

Hi, I am trying to insert shortcodes on a page but when the overlay/box opens this is completely blank, I can’t see anything. I have seen some screenshots in the official plugin page so I know how to create them manually for tables, fixtures and results. However if I try to highlight one team for example, this becomes very difficult as I am not sure what the shortcode is. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
