Insert widget into sidebar

    Hi, I need help.
    I would like to insert widget “Quote rotator” into my sidebar but i can’t use Desing – Widget editor because it overwrite my l_sidebar.php – sidebar’s definition of theme I am using. So I need call directly some php function which inserts widget code into my sidebar.
    Can you help me PLEASE?
