Inserted code appears twice

    The markup for the table of contents ( <div id="series-of-posts-box"…> appears twice on my pages – once in the <head> after the OG: tags, then again in the body. I can’t target the ID to hide the top one, because the ID is used twice – invalid HTML.

    You’re welcome! Plugin is now updated and tested with the new WordPress 4.0.

    In the next update I’m planning to add a new default style (flat, modern looking). I’m also thinking about including featured images for each post in series.
