Inserting a Slideshow

I have just downloaded Slideshow to my computer and installed it into WordPress. When I click on Slideshows to create a new slideshow the only thing that comes up is User Capabilites, Default Slideshow Settings and Custom Styles. I am not seeing anywhere where I can create a new slideshow. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?
