Inserting before header and excluding authors

    Hello. Is it possible with Ad Inserter or Pro version to:

    1. Insert Ads always before let say 2nd or 3rd Header (H2)?
    2. Exclude from automatic insterting posts published by defined Author? Let say I have 3 Autors of posts, and I don’t want to show Ads in posts by Author 2.

    If it is possible, can you give me short instruction how to do this?

    I will be greatfull for yor help.
