Inserting certain elements of posts into an external div

I’d like to create a basic page but here’s the twist. I have a container div in a custom page template file where I’d like to place embedded YouTube videos. All other content would fall inside my post, below this video div. What would be the best way to dynamically take certain content of your page and put it somewhere else in your template file all while still being able to edit it?
