Are you trying to convert those PDFs into posts? Or just upload them as media that can be inserted as links within posts/pages?
In the latter case, you can use the media manager to just drag and drop your PDF files. Go to WP-Admin > Media > Add New.
Another option might be to use Google Doc Embedder, a plugin with a deceptive name. It allows you to embed PDFs (and other file types) in posts and pages, which then get rendered using the Google Doc Viewer.

Ah, sorry. I didn’t quite understand what you were trying to do. It sounds like you just need to export a single page with all PDF attachments from one WordPress website and import it to another. Is that correct?
