    Inserting image – Error 404: File Not Found

    Hi, so i have run into a small issue when inserting an image into a post. Using the Flash based uploaded I get a HTML error and using the browser uploader I get a Error 404: File Not Found. I have read quite a few forums regarding this problem but none relating to WP 2.7.1. Can someone please help with a solution(s) to fix this issue.
