Inserting images into text

Hi, this is a basic one, so sorry:

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to insert an image into my text; when I insert the link within the page editor, the picture just seems to hang off the bottom of the text-box. Instead, I would like my text to wrap around the image, and for the text-box border to expand around the image.

For example, just like it does here: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/tabby-responsive.jpg
