Thanks for reaching out @filipbhd, and sharing the recording, which is very useful to see what’s happening. Given that you’re being logged out each time you try to authenticate your Google account with Site Kit, I suspect there is third party plugin or host configuration impacting the authentication process. To troubleshoot this further, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur?
- Have you tried to disconnect your Google account from Site Kit before attempting to set up once more? If not already done, please go ahead and try this.
Depending on what we can determine from your Site Health information, we may suggest you attempt to authenticate Site Kit once more but using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin in order to do so without other plugins active.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing the additional information @filipbhd. From reviewing your Site Health information I didn’t see any obvious cause. Given the same occurs incognito mode, and also after disconnecting your Google account, please go ahead and perform a plugin reset (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit). Note that by resetting, you will need to connect all previously connected modules.
Let me know how you get on with the above.
reset of everything did the trick. Thanks
Glad to hear it, appreciate the update. If you run into any further errors or if you have any Site Kit related queries, be sure to get in touch. If you have a moment free please also consider sharing your thoughts on the plugin.
