Instagram collaboration posts

    We have a site connected to an account; it displays all the photos without issue, but recently the account uploaded a collaborative post, and only that post isn’t showing up in the site’s feed; all the others, both before and after that one, are displayed, but not that one.

    • So, collaborative posts are a premium feature?
    • Did we have to configure something in the plugin?
    • Or could it be due to the permissions of the other Instagram accounts?
      By the way, the other accounts are public.

    We search on site and documentation but do not mention something about Instagram collaboration posts

    @eborbon000willdom Instagram collaboration posts are not supported by the Instagram API, which means the plugin cannot retrieve or display them, even in the premium version
