Instagram doesn’t works

    Hi!
    I create the access token following the steps and in the options of instagram say that “Your access token is working”.
    But when I generate the shortcode, I see this text:
    “Feed Them Social (Notice visible to Admin only). Instagram returned: Please go to the Instagram Options page of our plugin a double check your Instagram ID matches the one used in your shortcode on this page.”

    I verifacted the access token and the instagram ID and its fine.
    Any idea about this?

    Hey @mikkianythink,
    Sorry for the troubles! Instagram made some changes recently. Please see the “Client Must Click Button to get Access Token” in an article we wrote. You or the client must be logged into the Instagram account of the feed you are trying do display now and then generate access token.

    Just an FYI to the same goes for Facebook’s access tokens now.

    Be sure to clear the cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

    If that doesn’t work try these two things. First can you try revoking access to “Feed Them Social by SlickRemix”https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/ then second can you clear out the key on the page then click save, refresh the page then try logging in again.

    Be sure to re-add the regenerated token to the shortcode and clear plugins cache and any other cache plugins you may have installed.
