Hey elimariaaaa,
It looks like the issue is that your theme is loading the JavaScript files half way down your page rather than at the very bottom as they should be. You can either move the wp_footer() function to the very bottom of your theme’s footer.php file, or try checking the ‘Are you using an Ajax powered theme?’ setting on the plugin’s Settings page.
Let me know whether either of those methods work for you.

Hi John,
Thank you for your response. wp_footer() function is already at the bottom of footer.php(right before </body></html>) os it’s out of the option. I also checked the ‘Are you using an Ajax powered theme?’ setting on the plugin’s Settings page but still not working so I put the jquery on top of sb-instagram.js and removed the one at the end of the function again. Again with no luck but with a little improvement. When I hover my cursor to the ‘Follow Us’ button, it’s now showing our instagram URL. However, it still keeps on loading.
Other sugggestions?

Hey Eli,
To help narrow down the issue could you uncheck the ‘Are you using an Ajax powered theme’ setting and then try temporarily activating a default WordPress theme (such as TwentyTwelve, TwentyFourteen etc)? This will help to rule out whether or not it’s a theme related issue.

It’s not working with a default WordPress theme? That’s very strange. It’s possible that you also had another issue occurring at the same time (perhaps with your Access Token) and so that prevented the plugin working with the default theme. If you send me your login details here then I can take a look for you.
You can download older versions of the plugin here, but it’s unlikely that will solve the problem.

It was a tricky one, but I managed to get it working for you: http://www.youngpioneertours.com/. I’m not sure why, but your site didn’t like the (function($){ call at the top of the plugin’s sb-instagram.js JavaScript file (line 1), so I commented out that line – and the closing line at line 12: })(jQuery); – and checked the ‘Ajax theme’ setting on the plugin’s Settings page and it worked correctly.
If you update the plugin in future then you’ll need to recomment out those two lines.

I am also having the same problem. My theme is using ajax page load. I have the ajax page load setting checked. The feed will does not appear on initial load but will on refresh. Checked the header and footer files and they have the appropriate php. Also tried commenting out the js as you did above with another user. Also did not work.
