instagram feed not loading

    I discovered my feed was not showing on the page even though no errors. I thought perhaps I would need to regenerate, so I removed the app from my instagram settings. Now I cannot add it back in. Is there a way for you to delete it so I can redo my feed?

    Hi @jarrodbarthe,

    Try this.

    1) In your WordPress plugins panel, delete the free Feed Them Social plugin.

    2) In a separate browser tab, go to your Instagram account, navigate to your settings > Apps & Websites > delete/remove SlickRemix. Stay logged into your IG account.

    3) Back in WordPress, in your plugins panel, re-install the free FTS plugin

    4) Go to Feed Them > Instagram Options and click on the IG Basic token banner/button, follow the prompts and click “allow” to the SlickRemix settings. (note: your IG account needs to be public, and you need the login credentials for the IG account)

    5) Go to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new IG feed shortcode.

    6) Replace your old shortcode and then clear the FTS cache so the changes can take effect.
